Remembering the Forgotten Light

 I am the light you forgot,

Buried under layers of doubt,

But I still shine, even in the darkness,

Guiding you through the unknown route.

Thank you for everything,

For all the lessons I've learned,

For every heartache and struggle,

For the moments my light burned.

I may have been hidden,

In the shadow of your fears,

But now I rise, stronger and brighter,

With every passing year.

So let the light shine,

Even far from the southern horizon,

For I am here to guide you,

And help you keep on rising.

My light shines and spreads out,

A beacon in the fog, a comforting port.

Like the wings of the sky,

Covered in a blanket of mist,

My light reaches through,
