 In a world that constantly changes

Where love is often traded for wages

We often forget to love ourselves

In pursuit of wealth and material shells

But dear one, listen to my words

For they come from the depths of the universe

Loving yourself does not equate

To stopping love for the world and your fate

For you are a child of the cosmos

With a spirit that forever grows

And though you may face battles and strife

Your ancestors' love will guide you through life

Their blood runs in your veins

Their love forever remains

Their struggles, their triumphs

Live on in you, their descendants

So when you look in the mirror

Embrace yourself, love your reflection clearer

For you are a masterpiece, a divine creation

A product of love and generations

Loving yourself does not mean

That the love for the universe will dim

It is a reminder, a promise

That you are worthy, you are flawless

So let your heart be filled with self-love

And see how the universe will shine above

For when you love yourself whole

You radiate a love that touches every soul

And your ancestors, with pride and glee

Will watch over you, endlessly

For they know that in loving yourself

You are also loving them, in essence
